Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that on 19 August 1985, the European Convention on Audience Violence and Indecent Behaviour was adopted in Strasbourg during sporting events and especially football matches.
On behalf of the Czech Republic, the Convention was signed in Strasbourg on 28 April 1995.
The Convention entered into force on 1 November 1985 and on 1 June 1995 for the Czech Republic pursuant to paragraph 2 thereof.
The text of the Convention can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
