GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 March 1993
on the conditions for protecting the national cultural monument of the seat of Parliament of the Czech Republic
The government orders pursuant to § 3 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 465 / 1992 Coll., on the seat of the Czech National Council:
To ensure the protection of the national cultural monument of the seat of the Parliament of the Czech Republic 1), the following conditions shall be laid down:
(a) when deciding on the renewal of the seat of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, the differentiated architectural and urban concept of individual buildings and their relationship to the environment in which they are situated must be respected;
(b) the renewal of the seat of the Parliament of the Czech Republic must be directed towards the permanent preservation of the material substance and the monument value of the individual buildings, including their artistic decoration and construction details;
(c) the use of individual buildings of the Parliament of the Czech Republic must be proportionate to their historical and historical value.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
