on exceptional provision of an old-age pension
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders according to § 176 (c) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security:
This Regulation regulates the conditions for the exceptional provision of an old-age pension to citizens who, under the effectiveness of this Regulation, have been made redundant from their current employment for the reasons set out in § 46 (1) (a) to (c) of the Labour Code.
(1) A citizen referred to in Paragraph 1 shall be entitled to an old-age pension from the day following the day of release if:
(a) have been employed for at least 25 years;
(b) until the age required for entitlement to an old-age pension under the Social Security Act is completed, it shall be no more than two years from the date of release; and
(c) the competent national authority cannot provide it with appropriate employment.2)
(3) For the amount of the old-age pension and for entitlement to the old-age pension, the period from the day following the day of release until the age required for entitlement to the old-age pension under the Social Security Act shall be added.
The old-age pension granted under Section 2 shall not be increased until the age required for entitlement to an old-age pension under the Social Security Act.

(2) An old-age pension granted under Paragraph 2 shall not be paid for the period during which the citizen was granted the physical security of the jobseekers.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1988.
