amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The Ministry of Construction and Technology of the Czech Socialist Republic is hereby repealed. Its responsibilities as well as the rights and obligations of employment and other relations are transferred to the Czech Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development.
This Act shall take effect on 1 November 1983.
