GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 1 March 2021
amending Government Regulation No. 83 / 2020 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active duty and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 virus, as amended by Government Decree No. 155 / 2020 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, and pursuant to Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended:
Government Decree No. 83 / 2020 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active service and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 virus, as amended by Government Decree No. 155 / 2020 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, "4096 'is replaced by" 5000' and "432 'is replaced by" 300'.
2. In Paragraph 1, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The employment referred to in paragraph 1 shall end on the date on which the emergency situation declared on 26 February 2021 expires. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
