Communication from the Czech Telecommunications Authority No. 117 / 2004 Coll.

The Czech Telecommunications Authority announces that according to § 68 (4) of Act No. 151 / 2000 Coll., on Telecommunications and on the amendment of other laws, it has announced a numbering plan for numbers identifying publishers of international telecommunications cards. This plan, which is binding on all publishers of international telecommunications cards in the Czech Republic, lays down rules for the allocation of numbers identifying individual publishers of such cards. The reason for the issue of the IIN Numbering Plan is the need to ensure the binding of the assigned numbers identifying the publisher (IIN) and the allocation procedures according to the ITU-T E.118 recommendations (02 / 2001) - International telecommunication cards in the Czech Republic and to avoid possible unlicensed issuing of international telecommunications cards.

According to the same provision of the Act, the Czech Telecommunications Office published this numbering plan of numbers identifying the publishers of international telecommunications cards in the Telecommunications Bulletin, dated 23 February 2004, in the amount 2, in the normative section "A 'under point 25. By that date, the numbering plan for the numbers identifying the publishers of international telecommunications cards became valid.
