GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 March 2003
amending Government Regulation No 266 / 2002 Coll., fixing preferential rates of duty for imports of certain agricultural and food products originating in the European Union
The Government mandates pursuant to Sections 56 (2) and 57 (1) (f) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
In Government Regulation No. 266 / 2002 Coll., laying down preferential rates of duty for imports of certain agricultural and food products originating in the European Union, Section 6 reads as follows:
This Regulation shall cease to apply on the date on which the Protocol on trade adaptations to the Europe Agreement establishing an association between the Czech Republic, of the one part, and the European Communities and their Member States, of the other part, takes effect, taking into account the outcome of negotiations between the Parties on new mutual agricultural concessions. '
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
