THE LAW
of 4 March 1992
amending and supplementing Act No. 382 / 1990 Coll., on parental contribution
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 382 / 1990 Coll., on Parental Contributions, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3 (1) and (2), the words "pre-employment allowance 2) 'are replaced by the words" material security of jobseekers 2)'.

2. in Article 4 (1) (a), the amount "800 CZK" shall be replaced by "1000 CZK";
3. In Article 4 (2), the words "sickness or maternity allowance 'are replaced by the words" sickness benefits'.
3a. In Paragraph 4 (3), the following words are added at the end: "and in the case of a child with a long-term disability or a regular visit to pre-school establishments which does not exceed four hours a day."
4. Paragraph 6 shall become paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 shall be added:
"(2) If there are several children in the family referred to in Paragraph 2 (1), only one of the spouses shall receive the allowance in the care of those children; This applies mutatis mutandis if it is for other justified (Section 2 (3)). ';
5. In Article 7 (1), the amount "900 Kčs' is replaced by" 1200 Kčs'.
6. In Paragraph 7 (2), the amount "30 KKS 'is replaced by" 40 KKS'.
7. In Article 7 (5), the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of the sentence and the following words are added: "unless otherwise specified in Article 11 (3)."
8. Article 8 (1) (c) reads as follows:
"(c) female soldiers and soldiers in active duty, police officers and police officers, members and members of the Federal Security Information Service and the corps of corrective education in the authorities carrying out their sick care;"
9. In Article 12 (4), the following is inserted after the words "has been paid ':" at the level in which it belonged'.
10. in Paragraph 14 (1), the words "member (s) of the National Security Corps" shall be replaced by "officer (s), member (s) of the Federal Security Information Service."
11. In Article 15, the words' if wages increase by at least 5% 'are replaced by' if average wages increase by at least 5% '.
This Act shall take effect on 1 April 1992.
