amending and supplementing Government Regulation No. 12 / 1968 Coll., on the modification of remuneration and compensation and certain other ratios of Members of National Committees and Members of National Committees' commissions and assets, as amended by Decree No. 127 / 1971 of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic Coll. and Decree No. 3 / 1989 Coll.
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 17 paragraph 3 of Act No. 69 / 1967 Coll., on National Committees, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 115 / 1988 Coll., amending and supplementing the Act on National Committees:
The Government Order No. 12 / 1968 Coll., on the modification of remuneration and compensation and certain other ratios of Members of National Committees and Members of National Committees and assets of National Committees, as amended by the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic Decree No. 127 / 1971 Coll., amending and supplementing the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic Decree No. 12 / 1971 Coll., as amended by the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, is amended as follows:
Article 3 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Members of the national committees in whose territory urban public transport is operated may, in the performance of their duties as a Member, use free of charge the means of public transport in the territorial area in which urban public transport is operated on the basis of the submission of the Member's licence. ';
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 1989.
