CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 15 October 1969
extending the term of office of national committees, national councils and the Federal Assembly, Supreme Court, Regional, District and Military Courts
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this constitutional law:
The rules on the supplementary elections and on the appeals of voters remain unaffected.
Election period of the Supreme Court, Regional, District and Military Courts ends on the date laid down by the Constitutional Law on Courts and Prosecutors (Article 145 of the Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll.).
Constitutional Law No. 112 / 1967 Coll., on the end of the term of the National Assembly, Slovak National Council, Supreme Court, Regional, District and Military Courts, Constitutional Law No. 83 / 1968 Coll., on the end of the term of the National Committees, National Assembly and Slovak National Council, and the provisions of Article 148 of Constitutional Law No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation are hereby repealed.
(1) This Constitutional Law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
(2) The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 4 will cease to apply on the date on which the general elections to the representative bodies are held, no later than 31 December 1971.
