on the amendment of Decree No. 181 / 1964 Coll., on the essential facts constituting state secrets
The Ministry of the Interior provides, on the basis of Government Resolution 247 of 18 July 1968:
Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 181 / 1964 Coll., on the essential facts forming state secrets, is amended as follows:
1. Article 1 (b) (8) shall read as follows:
"8th national financial balance and national financial plans; ';
2. Article 1 (b) (10) shall read as follows:
"10th national material balance of important materials and products; ';
3. in Article 1, point (b), the following shall be deleted:
"11. geological stocks and extraction of raw materials and ores for the production of radioactive and precious metals and fissile materials; ';
4. in Article 1 (c):
point 13 becomes point 12;
point 14 as point 13; and
point 15 as point 14.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
