on the adjustment of the tariff during the transitional period.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The Government is hereby authorised to regulate the tariff for the Czechoslovak customs territory, taking into account the exceptional economic circumstances - in particular monetary and price - both domestic and foreign, until the end of 1948.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be implemented by the Finance Minister in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
