DECLARATION
of 10 May 2022
amending Decree No 511 / 2021 Coll., amending the basic rate of refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and fixing the average price of fuel for the purposes of providing travel refunds, as amended by Decree No 47 / 2022 Coll.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
Decree No 511 / 2021 Coll., amending the basic rate of refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds, as amended by Decree No 47 / 2022 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. in § 4 (a), the amount "CZK 37,10" is replaced by "CZK 44,50";
2. in § 4 (c), "CZK 36.10" is replaced by "CZK 47.10";
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
