of 1 April 2010
on the issue of the gold coin "Cultural monument of hamr in Dobřín" for CZK 2,500
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) On 5 May 2010, a gold coin "Cultural monument of hamr in Dobřín" is issued as part of the cycle "Cultural monuments of technical heritage" for CZK 2,500 (hereinafter "coins").
(2) Coins are issued in the ordinary version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coins and matt relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Coins in normal and special design are made of gold of purity 999.9. The weight of the coin is 7.78 g, its diameter is 22 mm and its strength is 1.55 mm. When the coin is embossed in both normal and special versions, the tolerance is 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance up to 0,062 g is allowed and in gold purity the tolerance up to 0,01%. The coin edge in the normal version is serrated, the coin edge in the special version is smooth.
§ 2
(1) On the front of the coin is a composition of heraldic animals from a large state emblem. In the middle is Czech lion, on the right is Moravian eagle and on the left is Silesian eagle. Under the composition of heraldic animals, the name of the state "CZECH REPUBLIC" and the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "2500 CZK." At the left, upper and right edges of the coin, the name of the cycle "CULTURAL MEMORIES OF TECHNICAL GRANDFATHER" is in the copy. The brand of Czech Mint consisting of the composition of the letters "No" and "M" is placed to the left of the denomination of the coin.
(2) On the reverse side of the coin is the indoor equipment of the Hamr in Dobřín - the pitching hammer and in the view the water wheel driving the pitching hammer. Above the display of the pitching hammer is the character of Dobřev village. At the left, upper and right edges of the coin is a copy of "HAMR IN GOOD." The year "2010" is under the shaft of the pitching hammer. At the lower left edge of the coin next to the shaft display, the initials of the author of the fine design of the coin, academic sculptor Jaroslav Veselák, which are made up of compositions of letters "V" and "J."
(3) The coin is shown in the annex to this decree.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 5 May 2010.
