on the issue of certificates of natural medical and mineral resources
The Ministry of Health pursuant to § 5 (8) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Places and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act), states that
Under Section 5 (1) of the Spa Act, it issued a certificate that:
(a) the following source of mineral water is a natural source of medicine:

| pramen JD-1 DOUBRAVKA | k.ú. Doubrava u Aše, kraj Karlovarský |
| pramen Le-5 | k.ú. Charvátská Nová Ves, kraj Jihomoravský |
| pramen p.p.č. 870 | k.ú. Františkovy Lázně, kraj Karlovarský |
(b) the source of natural mineral water is the following sources of mineral water:

| pramen BJ-37 | k.ú. Stráž nad Ohří, kraj Karlovarský |
| pramen HV-7 | k.ú. Byňov, kraj Jihočeský |
