DECLARATION

of 9 March 2004

declaring the National Nature Reservation of Bull Rock and laying down its close protection conditions and amending Decree No. 395 / 1992 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended, and Decree No. 105 / 1997 Coll., which declares the National Nature Reservation of the Punquy and lays down its close protection conditions

According to § 79 (3) (b), the Ministry of the Environment provides, in accordance with § 28 (1) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, hereinafter referred to as "the Act":

ČÁST PRVNÍ

§ 1

Subject matter

(1) The National Nature Reserve of Bull Rock (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reserve") is hereby declared.

(2) The object of the protection is the species-rich natural communities of oak, beech-oak, oak-beech and beech growing stages, created mainly by the action of natural forces in the valley of the Křtin creek in the central part of Moravian Karst, as well as karst phenomena and caves.

§ 2

Definition of the national nature reserve

(1) The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Protected Landscape Region of the Moravian Karst in the cadastral territories of Habrožka, Adamov, Olomoučany and Babice nad Svitavou. The national nature reserve boundaries are defined by closed geometric patterns with straight sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates given in the valid S-JTSK.1 coordinate system) The lists of the coordinates of each vertices arranged as they go in succession are given in Annex 1. An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve is given in Annex 2.

(2) The map materials in which the territory of the national nature reserve is drawn are stored in the Central List of Nature Protection2) and in the Moravský Karst House in Blansko.

§ 3

Closer protection conditions for the national nature reserve

Only with the prior agreement of the competent authority of nature protection (3) can the national nature reserve

(a) make a change to the type and method of use of the land;

(b) to perform interventions in the trough or banks of surface and underground flows;

(d) to store even temporarily wood or other materials;

(e) to provide sales or other similar services;

(f) carry out geological work linked to the intervention into the territory;

(g) to establish hunting or fishing facilities;

h) conduct research activities in underground areas and portals of caves and stalls.

§ 4

Repeal

The Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 5 December 1977 No 6 091 / 77 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Josefa Valley" and the Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 29 April 1975 No 7 831 / 75 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Bull Rock."

Decree No. 395 / 1992 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Decree No. 105 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 200 / 1999 Coll., Decree No. 85 / 2000 Coll. and Decree No. 190 / 2000 Coll., are amended as follows:

In Annex V, the words "Josefa Valley, BK, BO Olomoučany, Babice nad Svitavou Provost MK ČSR no. 6 091 / 77 (5.12.1977) 'and the words" Bulk Rock BK Habřovka Provost MK ČSR n. 7 831 / 75 (29.4.1975)' are deleted.

Decree No. 105 / 1997 Coll., declaring the National Nature Reserve "Punqua Vents" and laying down its close protection conditions, is amended as follows:
