DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior
of 8 June 1999
amending Decree No. 228 / 1995 of the Ministry of the Interior Coll., determining the amount of money necessary to cover the costs of the stay of a stranger in the Czech Republic and of his travel
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to Section 34a of Act No. 123 / 1992 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, as amended by Act No. 190 / 1994 Coll.:
Decree No. 228 / 1995 Coll., setting the amount of money necessary to cover the costs of the stay of a stranger in the Czech Republic and of his travel, is amended as follows:
Article 1 reads as follows:
(1) The amount of money to cover the necessary costs for one day of stay of a stranger in the Czech Republic is set at CZK 1 000.
(2) For foreigners under 12 years of age, the amount of money referred to in paragraph 1 shall be set at CZK 500. "
This Decree shall take effect on 30 June 1999.
