amending and supplementing the Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 118 / 1988 Coll., on the extraordinary provision of an old-age pension
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders according to § 176 (c) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security:
Čl. I
The Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 118 / 1988 Coll., on the extraordinary provision of an old-age pension, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the following words are added at the end: "and by organisation."

„§ 2
(1) A citizen referred to in Paragraph 1 shall be entitled to an old-age pension from the day following the day of release if:
(a) have been employed for at least 25 years;
(b) until the age required for entitlement to an old-age pension under the Social Security Act is completed, it shall be no more than two years from the date of release; and
(c) the competent national committee cannot provide him with a job which corresponds to the mental and physical abilities, medical condition, personal and family circumstances of the citizen and is appropriate to his qualifications.
(2) The citizen referred to in Paragraph 1, who has been released from employment in the first working category of mining with a permanent place of work under the ground in the mines for the purpose of carrying out a attenuation programme approved by the government concerned, shall have a maximum of five years from the day following the day of release under the conditions referred to in paragraph 1 (a) and (c), if he has also been employed at least 15 years from the date of release to the age required for entitlement to an old-age pension under the Social Security Act, if he has been employed in the first working category of mining with a permanent establishment under the ground in the deep-mines and goes for such employment in the uranium mines for at least 10 years.
(3) For the amount of the old-age pension and, in the cases referred to in paragraph 1, for entitlement to the old-age pension, the period from the day following the day of release to the age required for entitlement to the old-age pension under the Social Security Act shall be added. If a citizen has been released from the employment of the I (II) working category, the added time shall be counted as employment of the I (II) working category from which the citizen has been released. '
Čl. II
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1990.
