THE LAW
of 27 October 1983
amending and supplementing the Social Security Act
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security, as amended (complete version No. 30 / 1983 Coll.), is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3 (c), the words "services and repairs' are replaced by the words" performance and performance in kind (hereinafter referred to as "services') '.
Paragraph 77 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The security of the workers referred to in Article 3 (f) and of the citizens providing services on the basis of the authorisation of the National Committee for military training and other types of service in the armed forces, with the exception of the essential (replacement) service, is governed by the implementing rules [§ 172 (1) (d) and (e)]."
3.§ 171 (b) reads as follows:
'(b) the relevant national committees as regards:
1. the provision allowance,
2. sickness security benefits, the security of the mother and child of the workers referred to in Article 3 (f) and of the citizens providing services on the basis of the authorisation of the national committee;
3. benefits from the security of the mother and child of individual farmers and other self-employed persons; and
4. the security of pensioners by certain other benefits (§ 72). '
Article 172 (1) (e) reads as follows:
"(e) for citizens providing services on the basis of the authorisation of the national committee on sickness, maternity and child security, security at the time of military training and pensions, mutatis mutandis, in accordance with the arrangements applicable to workers in employment;"
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
