of 11 July 1950
establishing, for members of the armed corps, a basis for assessment for national insurance and military sickness care purposes.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders according to § 20 paragraph 1 last sentence of Act No. 99 / 1948 Coll., on National Insurance, and under § 39 of Act No. 236 / 1948 Coll., on Military Diseases Care:
For members of the National Security Corps and the Prison Guard Corps, the basic salary, functional allowance and duty allowance shall be the basis for the assessment of benefits and national sickness insurance.
The basic basis for the assessment of the allowance for the cost of military sickness care is basic salary, functional allowance and allowance and, in the case of officers in the reserve in the next service, value basis (its proportional part), functional allowance and allowance.
The measures taken between 1 September 1949 and the date of publication of this Regulation in respect of insurance premiums and deductions for national sickness insurance in respect of members of the National Security Corps and the Prison Guard Corps and in respect of the contribution to military sickness care shall, for that period, be deemed to have been taken under this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1949; They shall be carried out by labour and welfare ministers, national security, justice and national defence.
