on a decision to delegate to operators individual parts of the public procurement information system
The Ministry of Local Development, in accordance with Section 224 (2) of Act No. 134 / 2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended, announces the decision to delegate the operators of the various parts of the public procurement information system.
On the basis of an open procedure contract entitled "National Infrastructure Centre Set for Electronic Procurement ', Part 1 - Public Procurement Bulletin, the registration number of the contract in the Z2019- 013498 Public Procurement Bulletin, the firm has been entrusted with the operation of the Public Procurement Bulletin since 3 April 2023 in accordance with the decision of the contracting authority:

On the basis of the above-mentioned contract, Part 3 - Reporting, analysis and searching of NIPEZ, the company has been entrusted with the operation of the reporting module, the analysis and searching of NIPEZ since 1 January 2021 in accordance with the decision of the contracting authority:
