ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 28 February 2021
on the amendment of the crisis measure published under No 113 / 2021 Coll.
Following the Government Resolution No. 196 of 26 February 2021 by which the Government, pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (c) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
The Government shall amend, with effect from 1 March 2021 at 00: 00, the Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No 216, published under No 113 / 2021 Coll., so that at the end of point XI, the dot is replaced by a semicolon and the following point XII is added:
"XII. requires the First Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of the Interior to grant exemptions under paragraphs I to IV of this resolution. '
