on the total number of customers receiving electricity and the total amount of gas consumed in the Czech Republic in 2017
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 17d (5) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, publishes, for the purpose of determining the annual amount of the special charge for the Energy Regulatory Authority's activities on 31 December 2017, the total number of demand points of electricity customers in the Czech Republic and the total gas consumption in the Czech Republic in 2017:
1. The total number of electricity customers' demand points as at 31 December 2017 was 5,995 098.
2. Total gas consumption in the Czech Republic in 2017 was 90 625 027,693 MWh.
