Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 115 / 2008 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the collective agreement of a higher degree for the textile, clothing and leather industry for 2008 - A special part (of 12 December 2007) concluded between the Association of Textile-clothing and leather industry on the one hand and the Department of Workers of the Textile, Clothing and Skin Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia on the other hand, is binding on other employers with effect from the first day following the publication of this notice, with an overriding activity in the sector identified by the sectoral classification of economic activities code 17, 18, 19 (after the transfer of the relevant codes of economic activities: CZ- NACE).
