DECLARATION
of 22 February 2005
on the issue of gold coins "Kubismus - spa house in Zázně Bohdanči" for CZK 2000
The Czech National Bank provides for the Czech National Bank in accordance with § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
(1) On 20 April 2005 the Gold Coins "Kubismus - Spa House in Spa Bohdanči" are issued as part of the "Ten Century of Architecture" cycle. The coin is shown in the annex to this decree.
(2) Coins are issued in the ordinary version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coins and matt relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Coins are rolled of gold of purity 999.9. The weight of the coin is 6.22 g, its diameter is 20 mm and its strength is 1.5 mm. The coin edge in the normal version is serrated, the coin edge in the special version is smooth. When the coin is embossed in normal and special design, the tolerance is 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In weight, the tolerance allowed up to 0,062 g and in gold purity the tolerance up to 0,01%.
(1) A composition of heraldic animals from the great state emblem of the Czech Republic is located on the front of the coin. There is a Czech lion in the middle, a Moravian eagle on the left and a Silesian eagle on the right. Under the composition of heraldic animals is located the spa pavilion Gočár in the form of 1913 on the background of a geometric pattern showing stylized original park treatment. The name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC" and the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "2000 CZK" are placed in the line under the pavilion. The name of the State separates small decor from the denomination of the coin in the form of a triangle. Under the name of the State, the name of the cycle "DESET STOLET ARCHITECTURE" is in two rows. The coin tag that hit the coin is placed at the bottom of the coin under the text.
(2) The facade of the spa pavilion Gočár is shown on the reverse of the coin in its current form. Under the pavilion is the two-line text "KUBISMUS LOZEN HOUSE IN THE LAW BODIAN" and below it the year of the "2005" stamping. The word "KUBISMUS" separates small decor in the form of a triangle from the remaining text. The author of the fine design of the coin is the academic sculptor Jiří Vineček, whose initials "jv" are placed at the bottom edge of the coin below the number of embosses.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 April 2005.
