GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 May 1998
repealing Government Regulation No 18 / 1998 Coll., fixing the rate of duty and the tariff quota for imports of apples originating in the European Union
The Government mandates pursuant to § 56 paragraph 2 of the Czech National Council Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
(1) Decree No 18 / 1998 Coll., establishing the rate of duty and the tariff quota for imports of apples originating in the European Union, is hereby repealed.
(2) Until the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the existing provisions shall apply.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
