fixing the administrative fee for the issue of medical certificates
The Ministry of Finance provides in the agreement with the participating ministries pursuant to § 17 paragraph 1 of Act No. 105 / 1951 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 138 / 1960 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 160 / 1960 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended by Decree No. 109 / 1962 Coll., No. 8 / 1964 Coll. and No. 44 / 1964 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. In Tariff I, the title of Section H will be "Education and Health"
2. the following entry 35a is inserted after the current entry 35:
