Decree of the Ministry of National Defence
of 26 April 1949
declaring the starting dates of members of the reserve reserve of the years of birth of 1922 and earlier for military training in 1949.
The Ministry of National Defence declares pursuant to § 15, paragraph 5 of the Defence Act of the Czechoslovak Republic of 19 March 1920, no. 193 Coll., as amended by the regulations amending it and supplementing it:
For members of the replacement advance of the years of birth of 1922 and earlier who take up military training in 1949, with the exception of doctors, zodiacs and masters of pharmacy, as well as students of these disciplines, it shall be fixed as the starting dates of 11 July 1949 and 18 July 1949. The employment of persons covered by the preceding sentence shall be effected on one of those starting dates by calling lists.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
