DECLARATION
of 3 April 2017
on the model of the certificate of the chairperson, members and staff of the Political Party and Political Movement Supervisory Authority and on the model form for the annual financial report of the political party and political movement
Pursuant to Articles 19g (3) and 19h (4) of Act No. 424 / 1991 Coll., on association in political parties and political movements, as amended by Act No. 302 / 2016 Coll.:
The model of the licence of the President, the member and the staff of the Office, which is responsible for overseeing the management of political parties and political movements, is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
(1) The card referred to in § 1 is a double-sided paper card with dimensions of 6,8 x 9,9 cm, sealed in a transparent laminating film of 7,4 x 10,5 cm.
(2) The card is equipped with protective features on both the face and the reverse side, which provide a raster grey-yellow underprint with iris colour transition, watermark, fibres visible in daylight and fibres visible in ultraviolet light.
(3) On the face of the licence under the text "SUPERVISORY OFFICE OF POLITICAL PARTIES AND POLITICAL WHEELS ', the text" PRESIDENT PROHIBITION', or "MEMBER INSTALLATION AUTHORITY ', or" EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE' shall be placed.
The model form for the annual financial report of the Party and the Movement is set out in Annex 2 to this Order.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 April 2017, with the exception of Article 3 and Annex 2 thereto, which shall take effect on 1 January 2018.
