amending Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended, and other electoral laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Election Act to Parliament of the Czech Republic
In Annex 3 to Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 171 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 418 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 323 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 195 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 59 / 2014 Coll., Election Circuits No. 6, 13, 16, 18, 28, 30, 36, 37, 41, 42, 61, 64 and 68 are:

Amendment to the Regional Council Act
In Article 4 (1) of Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on elections to regional councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 37 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 222 / 2012 Coll., the words "or in the territory of a military retreat in the territorial district 'are deleted.
Amendment of the municipal council election law
In Article 26 of the Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 222 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 275 / 2012 Coll., paragraph 5 is deleted.
Amendment of the Election Act to the European Parliament
In Article 2 (4) of Act No 62 / 2003 Coll., on elections to the European Parliament and amending certain laws, the words "and in separate constituencies' are deleted.
Amendment to the law on the election of the President of the Republic
Act No. 275 / 2012 Coll., on the Choice of the President of the Republic and amending certain laws (Act on the Choice of the President of the Republic), as amended by the statutory measure of the Senate No. 340 / 2013 Coll., the statutory measure of the Senate No. 344 / 2013 Coll. and Act No. 58 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (1), the words "and in separate constituencies' are deleted.
2. in Article 6 (1) (g), the words "and, for military escapes, the office of departure" shall be deleted;
3. in Article 6 (1) (h), the words "and the notary of the military escape" shall be deleted;
4. In Paragraph 11 (1) (b), the words "and military departure 'are deleted.
5. In the third sentence of Paragraph 71 (3), the words "and the District Election Commission in military escapes' are deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
