imposing amendments to a higher-degree collective agreement and higher-degree collective agreement
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the amendments to the higher-degree collective agreement and the higher-degree collective agreement were deposited with it between 22.2.- 19.3.2012:
1. Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement 2010-2012 concluded between the Contracting Parties
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective Higher Level Contract concluded for 2012 between Contracting Parties
KOVO Trade Union
and
Association of Air Manufacturers.
3. Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement for the years 2011- 2013 concluded between the Contracting Parties
Trade union Construction of the Czech Republic,
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
