on the binding nature of the supplement to the higher-tier collective agreement
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that Appendix No 2 to the Collective Agreement of 1 February 2007 (with effect from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2007) concluded between the Department of Construction of the Czech Republic and the Union of Transport Workers, the Road Economy and Automotive Repair Act of the Czech Republic on the one hand and the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic on the other hand, is binding on other employers with effect from the first day following the publication of this Communication, and with the overriding activity in the sector identified by the Sectoral Classification of Economic Activities 14.1, 14.2, 20.3, 25.23, 26.26, 26.4, 26.6, 26.7, 26.7, 26.7, 26.45.
