of 26 October 1983
establishing a State Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this constitutional law:
A State Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development (hereinafter referred to as "the State Commission ') is hereby established as the central body of the State Administration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development.
(1) The State Commission is composed of the President of the State Commission, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, Vice-Presidents and other members of the State Commission.
(2) The President of the State Commission is appointed and withdrawn by the President of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. Vice-President of the State Commission and other members of the State Commission shall be appointed and dismissed by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
(3) The members of the State Commission are also Vice-Presidents of the Governments of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic, mandates the management of the Czech Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development and the Slovak Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development.
(4) The work of the State Commission and its apparatus is managed by the President of the State Commission.
The Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development, established by the provision of Article 1 (2) of Constitutional Law No. 126 / 1970 Coll., on measures in the system of federal central authorities, headed by a member of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, is hereby repealed.
This constitutional law shall take effect on 1 November 1983.
