on the company register
In agreement with the central authorities involved, the Ministry of Justice provides, pursuant to § 393 of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll. and for the implementation of § 8 and 12 of Act No. 101 / 1963 Coll., on Legal Relations in International Trade (International Trade Code):
(1) The company register shall be kept by the district court at the seat of the Regional Court (Regional Court) for organisations which have their registered office in the district of that Regional Court.
(2) The Commercial Register for the District of the Municipal Court in Prague and the Regional Court in Prague is managed by the District Court for Prague 1; for the District Court in Pilsen, the District Court of Plzeň-town; for the District Court in Brno, the District Court of Brno.
