Order of the Minister of Justice
of 29 April 1949
determining which district courts in Slovakia exercise judicial authority as criminal courts of pensioners.
The Minister of Justice, in agreement with the Minister of Finance, hereby orders, pursuant to Section 143, paragraph 2 of the Act of 22 December 1948, No 319 Coll., on the depopulation of the judiciary:
In Slovakia, all district courts exercise judicial authority as criminal courts of pensioners in the first chair.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
