Decret of the President of the Republic on the establishment of new post offices and the modification of postal directories in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries

Decret of the President of the Republic
of 27 October 1945
on the establishment of new post office directories and the modification of postal directories in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries.
On the proposal of the Government,
§ 1.
New post offices in Tábor, Pilsen and Ústí nad Labem are established in the Czech Republic.
§ 2.
(1) The district of the Post Office in Tábor consists of the southern part of the territory of Bohemia. It is bounded by a curve beginning in the west on the state border west of the Blatná, Oselce, Kazejovice, Hvozany, Rožmitál pod Tremšín, further east via Březnice, Bráštice, Braštice, Milesov nad Vltavá, Kamýk nad Vltavá, Chlu u Sedlčník, Vrchotova Janovice, Votovice, Jankov, Louňovice pod Blanec, Kamberk, Lukavec, Košetice, Senožata, Red Greece, Výstvětnský, German Výkcytna to the Moravian border from there southwest along the Moravian border, further along the state border, and ending on the state border.
(2) The district of the Post Office in Pilsen consists of the western and northwest parts of the Czech territory. It is bounded by a curve beginning in the east on the state border east of God's Dar, going roughly east via Perstejn, Vernéřov, Prunířov, Kadana, Skésuka, Žatec, further roughly south via Knežice near Podborán, Blšany, Očehov, Petrohrad, Blatno at Jesenice, High Libya, Kralovice, Liblín, Town Hall at Rokycan, Mýto in Bohemia, Strášice, New Mitrovice, Dožice, Vrčení, Pachejov, Chanovice, Horastenovice, Žichovice, Žichovice, Žihovice, Skedice at Šumava, and further south of Srnice at the state border northwest of the state border, and end of the state border, and end of the state border from the eastern Daru.
(3) The district of the Post Office in Ústí nad Labem consists of the northern part of the Czech territory. It is bounded by a curve beginning in the west on the state border west of Český Wiesenthal, going approximately east via Stolzenhain, Copper, Kralupy, Čachovice, Horátice, Postoloprty, Lenešice, further north-east via Čežkovice, Litoměřice, Ploskovice, Úštěk, Liběšice near Úštěk, Zahranky near České Lípa, from there to the east via Křívoda, further north-eastern via Hodkovice, Pulěný, Hut, Smržovka, Albrechtice in the Sřizera Mountains to the state border southeast of Smrůk, from the northern Wiesenthal.
§ 3.
The border of the District of the Post Office in Pardubice is newly adjusted by the boundary in the west, beginning in the west on the border north of the Upper Polubné, going southwest over the Desna in the Jizera Mountains, Tiefenbach over Desna, Upper Tanvald, Swimming, Principle, Iron Brod, Vrana - Little Skál, Sychrov, Svijans, thence southeast over Ždar near Svijan, Libín, Jičín, Velí u Jičín, Milíčeves, further south via Vysošelí, Nošnošice, Lužec nad Cidlina, Chlumec nad Cidlina, Kukany v Čechen nad Labem, Zánek nad Labem, Kutna Hora, Miskovice u u u u u u Kuchnovenovna Hora, pozavora, zavora, zavna nad zavoda, zavostavy nad zavina nad zavaní zavostavostavy, zavostavu zavu zavu zav@@
§ 4.
Parts of the territory referred to in § 2 (1) to (3), constituting the districts of the new post offices, as well as the part of the territory which is added under § 3 to the district of the post offices in Pardubice, are excluded.
§ 5.
A new post office office in Olomouc is established in the Moravian-Silesian country.
§ 6.
(1) The District of the Postal Directorate in Olomouc consists of the eastern part of the territory of Moravia, excluding part of the territory, forming part of the District of the Post Directorate in Opava. It is bounded by a curve beginning in the west on the state border west of Boršov, going roughly south-east via Køenov, Chornice, Kladky, Jesenec, Svípov in Moravia, Brodek near Konice, Univ, Drahany, Dispersion, further east via Vřesovice, Pivini, then south via Nemčice nad Hana, Mořice na Hana, Pavlovice near Kojetín, Zborovice, Litenčice, from there east via Rošín, Bativ, Malenovice nad Woodní Bečovice, Želovice nad Woodní, Valašské Klobky, thí nad Brumov na Slovenské zemský border, further along the Slovak border to White na Morava, further from here in the north of Horní Beč.
(2) A part of the territory referred to in § 6 (1) constituting the district of the new post office office in Olomouc is excluded from the district of the post office office in Brno.
§ 7.
The time at which the individual newly established post office directorates begin their activities shall be determined by the postal minister by decree in the Official Journal of the Czechoslovak Republic and in the Bulletin of the Ministry of Posts.
§ 8.
On 5 May 1945, the applicability of the Government Order of 11 April 1942, No. 167 Coll., adjusting the districts of the Post Directorate in Prague, Pardubice and Brno, and on 1 August 1945, the applicability of the measures of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Czech-Slovak Republic of 10 November 1938, No. 277 Coll., extending the scope of the Postal and Telegraph Directorate in Brno is hereby revoked.
§ 9.
This Decision, unless otherwise specified therein, shall enter into force on the day of its publication. to be carried out by the Minister for Post.
