GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 April 2023
amending Government Regulation No 187 / 2018 Coll., on the publication of European major sites included in the European list, as amended by Government Regulation No 152 / 2022 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 45c (1) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 187 / 2018 Coll., on the declaration of European major sites included in the European List, as amended by Government Regulation No 152 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex, the row:
| „CZ0113774 | Praha - Letňany | 64,9 | E 14 31 32 | N 50 7 55“ |
delete.
2. In the Annex, the row:
| „CZ0620421 | Svatá a Prostřední vrch | 567,2 | E 16 53 12 | N 49 3 12“ |
is replaced by:
| „CZ0620421 | Dambořický les | 1031,3 | E 16 54 5 | N 49 3 21“. |
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 May 2023.
