DECLARATION
of 3 April 2017
on the model form for the publication of the campaign financing report
Pursuant to Section 16d (4) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Other Laws, as amended by Act No. 322 / 2016 Coll., pursuant to Section 56e (4) of Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on Elections to the Councils of the Regions and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended by Act No. 322 / 2016 Coll., as amended by Act No. 275 / 2012 Coll., on Election of the President of the Republic and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Act No 322 / 2016 Coll.), as amended by Act No. 322 / 2016 Coll.
The model form for the publication of the report on the financing of the electoral campaign is annexed to this decree.
Where a report on the funding of an election campaign is published in a way that allows remote access, it shall be published in an open format.
This Decision shall enter into force on 15 April 2017.
