DECLARATION
of 9 March 2012
on the issue of the gold coin "Baroque bridge in Náměště nad Záslavou" for 5 000 CZK
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) On 15 May 2012, the Gold Coin "Baroque Bridge in Náměště nad Záslavou" is issued as part of the "Bridges" cycle.
(2) Coins are issued in the ordinary version and in a special version with a polished field of the coin and a matt relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Coins in normal and special design are made of gold of purity 999.9. The weight of the coin is 15,55 g, 28 mm diameter and 2,0 mm thickness. When the coin is embossed in both normal and special versions, the tolerance is 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance up to 0,062 g is allowed and in gold purity the tolerance up to 0,01%. The coin edge in the normal version is serrated, the coin edge in the special version is smooth.
§ 2
(1) On the front of the coin is a rectangular cut of the composition of heraldic animals from a large state sign - the middle is a Czech lion, the right is a Silesian eagle and the left is a Moravian eagle. Above the composition of heraldic animals is the name of the state "CZECH REPUBLIC." Under the composition of heraldic animals is the Baroque bridge in Náměště nad Záslavou. Under the picture of the bridge is the name of the "MOSTY" cycle in two rows and the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "5000 CZK." The brand of the Czech Mint, which consists of composing the letters "No" and "M" at the bottom edge of the coin.
(2) On the reverse side of the coin is the Baroque bridge in Náměště nad Záslavou. Above the picture of the bridge there is the text "BARROKE MOST IN THE EMPLOYMENT" and under the picture of the bridge there is the text "NAD OLAVÁ." The year of the bonfire is under the word "OLIVA." Above the letter "U" in the word "OSLAVOU" are the initials of the author of the fine design of the coin MgA. Martin Dašek, which are composed of the associated letters "M" and "D."
(3) The coin is shown in the annex to this decree.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 15 May 2012.
