GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No 115 / 2004 Coll., laying down certain procedures for implementing the measures of the common organisation of the market in starch, as amended
The Government mandates the implementation of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund), as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 41 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 237 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 130 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 35 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 317 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 307 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 307 / 2003 Coll.
Government Regulation No. 115 / 2004 Coll., laying down certain procedures for implementing the measures of the common organisation of the market in starch, as amended by Government Regulation No. 543 / 2004 Coll., Government Regulation No. 149 / 2005 Coll., Government Regulation No. 143 / 2006 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 157 / 2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the following is added:
"Council Regulation (EC) No 1234 / 2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation), as amended.
Council Regulations (EC) No 72 / 2009 of 19 January 2009 amending the common agricultural policy by amending Regulations (EC) No 247 / 2006, (EC) No 320 / 2006, (EC) No 1405 / 2006, (EC) No 1234 / 2007, (EC) No 3 / 2008 and (EC) No 479 / 2008 and repealing Regulations (EEC) No 1883 / 78, (EEC) No 1254 / 89, (EEC) No 2247 / 89, (EEC) No 2055 / 93, (EC) No 1868 / 94, (EC) No 2596 / 97, (EC) No 1182 / 2005 and (EC) No 315 / 2007.
Council Regulation (EC) No 73 / 2009 of 19 January 2009 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers and amending Regulations (EC) No 1290 / 2005, (EC) No 247 / 2006, (EC) No 378 / 2007 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1782 / 2003.
Commission Regulation (EC) No 1043 / 2005 of 30 June 2005 implementing Council Regulation (EC) No 3448 / 93 as regards the system of granting export refunds on certain agricultural products exported in the form of goods not covered by Annex I to the Treaty and the criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds. '
2. in Articles 1 (e), 3 (4) and (5) and 4 (2), "2008 / 2009" is replaced by "2011 / 2012."
3. Part Four, including the title and footnotes 6 to 9, is deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 June 2009.
