of 17 June 1964
on the payment for spa care
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
(1) In the case of spa care, if additional payments are granted under the rules on sickness insurance, social security or occupational sickness care in the armed forces, additional payments may be levied from the participants in such care.
(2) The Ministry of Health, in agreement with the Central Council of Trade Unions and with the other authorities involved, shall determine in which cases, under which conditions and to what extent the additional fees for spa care are levied; If the spa care is provided under the provisions on medical care in the armed forces, this provision shall be made by the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Interior in agreement with the authorities involved.
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 January 1965.
