Decree of the Minister for Industry
of 21 June 1947
on the testimonies of trade firms for sewing dresses in certain professional schools for women's professions.
According to Article 14 (d), paragraph 3 of the Law of 5 February 1907, 26 September, amending and supplementing the Trade Code, I provide in an agreement with the Minister for Education and Education:
The trade unions for sewing dresses at the Regional Professional School for Women's Professionals in Frýdku-Místek and at the Municipal Professional Schools for Women's Professionals in Brno III., Merhautov, Brno IV., Královo Pole, Prague II., U Lease, Prague XI., Lupáčova, Prague XIV., Palacký, Pribrámi, Skupátč, Nymburk and Benešová are included with effect from the school year 1946 / 1947 in the list of trade schools whose certificate is replaced by the certificate of departure according to § 14 (d), paragraph 3 of the Act of 5 February 1907 of Fine Arts, on the modification and completion of the trade codes of trade, a certificate of proper termination (tovaryšskýšskovská list or final examination),
The trade schools referred to in § 1 are entitled to provide the certificate with a clause in accordance with § 1 of the Order of 26 July 1907, No 180 of.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
