ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 19 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, the Government declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and Article 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on the grounds of health threats in connection with the detection of coronavirus / known as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic, and on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue § 5 (c) and (e) and § 6 (b) respectively.
Government
I. orders, with effect from 21 March 00: 00, all cross-border workers to submit, in addition to confirmation for cross-border workers, the "cross-border worker's book" for the purpose of the measure, a stamp of the Police of the Czech Republic on the crossing of the national border to demonstrate the regularity and frequency of crossing the national border;
II. orders foreigners who hold an employee card or a blue card at the latest on the date of entry to notify the employer's change to the Ministry of the Interior, in the case of an employer carrying out emergency measures or assisting in the implementation of emergency measures. Conditions for employment shall be deemed to have been fulfilled by the notification made;
III. Approves the possibility of foreigners to change employers in the territory of the Czech Republic without the need to fulfil the condition of 6 months of previous employment in the territory of the Czech Republic (§ 42g (7) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners).
