amending Decree No. 26 / 2001 of the Ministry of Health Coll., on sanitary requirements for cosmetic products, on the particulars of the application for the non-inclusion of ingredients on the packaging of cosmetic products and on the requirements for the education and practice of a natural person responsible for the manufacture of cosmetic products (cosmetic products decree), as amended
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 108 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 274 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll.:
Decree No. 26 / 2001 Coll., on sanitary requirements for cosmetic products, on the particulars of the application for the non-inclusion of ingredients on the packaging of cosmetic products and on the requirements for the education and practice of a natural person responsible for the manufacture of cosmetic products (cosmetic products decree), as amended by Decree No. 268 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 444 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 126 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 104 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 260 / 2006 Coll., and Decree No. 474 / 2006 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. footnote 2 shall read:

Commission Directive 2006 / 78 / EC of 29 September 2006 amending Council Directive 76 / 768 / EEC, concerning cosmetic products, for the purpose of adapting Annex II thereto to technical progress. Commission Directive 2007 / 1 / EC of 29 January 2007 amending Council Directive 76 / 768 / EEC relating to cosmetic products for the purpose of adapting Annex II thereto to technical progress. ';
2. In Paragraph 2 (1) (g), the sentence "List of ingredients may only be indicated on the outer packaging 'is inserted after the second sentence and in the third sentence the word" competent' is deleted.
3. In Annex No 2, the entry under reference number 419 reads:
"419. Category 1 and 2 material referred to in Articles 4 and 5 of Regulation (EC) No 1774 / 2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down health rules concerning animal by-products not intended for human consumption and ingredients derived therefrom. ';
4. In Annex No 2, the entry under reference number 663 reads:
"663. (22RS, 33RS) -3- (2-chlorophenyl) -2- (4-fluorophenyl) - [(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) methyl] oxirane; epoxiconazole (Cas No 133855-98-8) ';
5. In Annex No 2, the entry under reference number 1182 is deleted.
6. In Annex No 2, the following entries under reference numbers 1234 to 1243 are added:

Transitional provision
For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions apply: Even points 4 to 6 shall be considered for distribution, sale or offering to the consumer by 20 February 2008 in accordance with existing legislation.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 21 November 2007, with the exception of Article I (1) to (3), which shall take effect on 1 June 2007.
