GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 April 2000
determining the amount determining when the operation of a postal service for the purpose of delivering a written report is reserved to the holders of a postal licence and a special postal licence
The Government orders pursuant to § 41 (1) of Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., on Postal Services and on the amendment of certain laws (Postal Services Act):
§ 1
The amount of the amount determining when the operation of a postal service for the purpose of delivering a written report is reserved to the holders of a postal licence and a special postal licence pursuant to Paragraph 18 (1) of the Postal Services Act shall be:
a) 27 CZK, if it is about delivery in the Czech Republic,
b) 45 CZK if it is for delivery abroad.
§ 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2000.
