amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 258 / 1992 Coll., publishing a list of health performance with points, as amended
The Ministry of Health shall, following a conciliation procedure with the General Health Insurance Company, representatives of other health insurance companies, representatives of contractual medical institutions, the Czech Medical Chamber, the Czech Dental Chamber and representatives of professional scientific companies pursuant to § 13 paragraph 3 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 550 / 1991 Coll., on General Health Insurance:
Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 258 / 1992 Coll., which publishes a list of health performance with point values, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 263 / 1993 Coll., Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 90 / 1994 Coll. and Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 151 / 1994 Coll., is amended as follows:
The list of health performances with point values (1) shall include the amendments and additions set out in the Annex, which are part of this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 1995.

Changes and additions to the list of health performance with point values
1. In the chapter on "Rules for the reporting of performance for a health insurance undertaking ', in Part (c), the following entry" nursing day, code 88805, is added:
"No patient categories and no medical performance shall be reported on nursing day.
The nursing-type treatment day shall only be recorded on beds which are designated as nursing-type medical facilities. '
2. In the chapter "Rules for the reporting of performance for a health insurance undertaking ', in section (c)," For a treatment day type 11 of the constitutional professional long-term care code No 88811, on the basis of the economically justified necessary costs, higher scores may be discussed with the health insurance undertaking' and replaced by the following sentence:
"For treatment day 11, constitutional professional long-term care (performance with code 88811), up to 100% may be discussed with the health insurance company on the basis of economically justified costs. '
3. (d) The following shall be added to the heading "Rules for the reporting of performance for the health insurance undertaking 'in Part (d):
"Performance with code 26007 to 26015 and performance with code 89536, 89537, 89541, 89544, 26101 to 26106 may be reported only if the patient is hospitalized in an ARO or intensive care unit.
In addition to these performances, performance may also be reported with codes 25101, 25102, 25103, 25104, 25105, 26028, 26033, 26036, 26037, 32115, 30022, 20010, 89776, 80001, if carried out on that day, as well as a clinical examination of the relevant expertise on admission and release.
Furthermore, the performance performed on request by the treating physician at the workplace of another professional or his worker shall be reported separately.
No patient category shall be reported for 26007 to 26015 and for 89536, 89537, 89541, 89544, 26101 to 26106.
The treatment day is reported throughout the hospitalization period in the ARO bed section or intensive care unit. The length of stay on the ARO and the intensive care unit of the same expertise is included in the descending payment scheme. '
4. (d) The following entries shall be added to Part (d) of the "Rules for the reporting of performance for the health insurance undertaking" chapter:
"Reporting of certain performances in hematology
Performance with code 33390, 33391, shall be recorded in the haematologic units of intensive care or in selected standard haematooncological units which meet the necessary technical and personnel requirements. They are reported from the initiation of intensive care along with codes 26007 and 26009 up to the modification of haematological parameters - the number of neurophilic segments more than 1.109 / l, the number of platelets more than 50.109 / l and up to the modification of the clinical finding. The results include:
1) Rare antibiotics, antifungals and antiviral medicines for systemic use, the administration of which for the selected indications is linked to a prior consultation with an expert in microbiology event. immunology
2) in power with code 33391 plus immunosuppressants
Performance with code 33392 is reported together with appropriate intensive care and newly designed performance "Specialised haematologic treatment of patients in specialised workplaces, including autologous bone marrow transplantation - code 33390."
Performance with code 33393 is reported in conjunction with appropriate intensive care and newly designed performance "Specialised haematological treatment of patients with allogeneic bone marrow transplantation - code 33391. '
5. In the chapter "Processes marked" W "- the explanation of the" special scheme "in terms of remuneration by the health insurance company, the following shall be added to the heading: I. Medical performance (except dental performance):

With an average hospitalisation period of up to 3 days for specific fields, the treatment day of type "A." In the case of a longer average hospitalisation period than 20 days, the same day calculation mechanism for each type of treatment day shall be followed.
In individual cases indicated by the patient 's medical condition, the number of "D' days may be increased with prior approval of the revision physician.
Until 30 September 1995, treatment days may be reported with the type "D" without the descending payment of the treatment day.
If twice the average length of hospitalisation agreed in the contract is exceeded, the payment of the treatment day shall be made according to the type "E."
