of 26 April 1994
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 108 / 1987 Coll., on the jurisdiction of veterinary care bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by the legal measure of the Czech National Council Bureau No. 25 / 1991 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 437 / 1991 Coll. and the legal measure of the Czech National Council Bureau No. 348 / 1992 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 108 / 1987 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of Veterinary Care Bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by the Act of the Bureau of the Czech National Council No. 25 / 1991 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 437 / 1991 Coll. and the Legal Act of the Bureau of the Czech National Council No. 348 / 1992 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 9 (1) (f), comma is deleted at the end and the words "breeding and breeding animals, excluding dogs, cats and small animals, with the exception of hives and all animals, are added for the duration of the emergency veterinary measures ordered. In other cases, the animals shall be moved on the basis of a certificate of their health and health status, issued by a veterinarian authorised to carry out veterinary activities under this law, '.
2. in Article 9 (1) (i), the words "where only animals from the territorial area within its jurisdiction participate in the segregation shall be deleted."
3. In Article 9 (1) (j), at the end of the comma, the words "the inspection of animals for slaughter and meat and the veterinary examination of other animal products may be entrusted to a competent veterinarian, 17) authorised to carry out veterinary activities under this law, 'are added;
Note 17) reads as follows:
"17) § 25 (1) of Act No. 87 / 1987 Coll. '.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
