of 15 November 1984
on increasing certain social benefits for children
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 35 of Act No. 88 / 1968 Coll., on the extension of maternity leave, on maternity benefits and on allowances for children from sickness insurance, as amended by Act No. 57 / 1984 Coll., pursuant to § 142a of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on the security of cooperative peasants in sickness and on the security of the mother and child, as amended by Act No. 89 / 1968 Coll., Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll. and Act No. 57 / 1984 Coll., pursuant to § 168 of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 58 / 1979 Coll., Act No. 58 / 1984 Coll.
The allowance for children belonging to the sickness insurance scheme (1) shall be monthly:
| na jedno dítě | 200 Kčs |
| na dvě děti | 650 Kčs |
| na tři děti | 1210 Kčs |
| na čtyři děti | 1720 Kčs |
and they increase per child by 350 ccs a month.
Retirement allowance due under social security rules (2) shall be payable monthly:

and increases per child by 350 ccs per month.
They shall be deleted:
1. by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 68 / 1980 Coll., increasing the amount of the allowance to cover the needs of the child in foster care;
2. § 1 and 2 of Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 9 / 1982 Coll., on increasing certain social benefits for children.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1985.

2) Paragraph 46 (2) of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security.
3) Article 6 (1) of Act No. 50 / 1973 Coll., on foster care.
4) § 9 of Act No. 50 / 1973 Coll.
