GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 19 March 2020
on the repeal of the Government Resolution of 18 March 2020 No 249 on the adoption of a crisis measure, published under No 108 / 2020 Coll.
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and pursuant to § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, in order to resolve the crisis situation arising, the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (c) and (e) and § 6 (b) of the Crisis Act.
