DECLARATION
of 27 March 2017
repealing the legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Act No. 288 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 23 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 162 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll., and Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll.
Repeal
The Decree of the Regional National Committee in Prostějov of 18 July 1974 on the declaration of protected natural creations "Rozíček quarry 'and" State quarry' at Čelovice na Hana is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 15 April 2017.
